Here at Energy Buzz Limited, we take customer satisfaction very seriously, so we welcome your feedback with open arms.

Our customers are at the heart of everything that we do, and we pride ourselves on being honest and transparent with the work we carry out, so if you do have a query or feel that you have not received the level of service you expect from us please do get in touch. Your comments help our business improve.

Energy Buzz Limited Complaints Process:

If you are getting in touch by post or email, please include your business name, a direct contact name and telephone number, along with your business address so we can you’re your query as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We aim to respond to your query with 48 working hours.

If you want to speak to a manager at any point, please just ask.

If you feel your query has not been dealt with in a timely and sufficient way, or you are not happy with the outcome, we will be happy to put you in touch with a senior member of staff.
